Our Director, John Everitt, has been involved within the Spanish Property Market for a solid thirty years. Initially involved with an English construction company on the Costa Blanca, he was head-hunted by a National Spanish Company based in Madrid and then relocated to Tenerife, in the Canary Islands.
During those early years John entered a Valencian University to qualify for his Spanish College Number to enable him to work legally within his chosen profession, and whilst there was thoroughly grounded in both the Spanish language and, most importantly, Spanish Property Law.
It wasn't long before he wanted to "do things his own way " and in 1993 John, along with a trusted partner, embarqued on a journey which has seen them create a successful property company which is still thriving today, with many satisfied clients becoming friends on the way.
Aware that interest in the overseas property market was growing substantially and with the massive advantages of the internet, John is bringing World Property Portal to the market.
